This idyllic house was built at the end of 19th century and was thoroughly renovated. Located only 10 km from the medieval town of Vodnjan full of shops, restaurants, ambulance.. Ova jedinstvena kućica je udaljena 10 metara od mora. U potpunoj je osami, najbliža kuća je na 300 metara zračne linije. Gostima je na raspolaganju: - prostrana terasa, - vanjska kuhinja, - 2 ležaljke, - suncobran, - vanjski tuš i - 2 stand up paddle daske. Pogodno za 2 odrasle osobe sa djetetom, krevet 160x200 i kauč koji se izvlači u ležaj 140x200. Do posjeda se može doći "normalnim" automobilom, a parking je na 50 metara od kuće.

Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Apartment in a house in Piran with a large garden and an amazing view. Only a 5-minute walk to the city center, the supermarket, the beach and nearest bus stop. Two parking spaces available for free (tandem parking - your cars parked in a row one in front of the other).
