This guest house is located on a 13 acre hobby ranch in Austin on the boarder of Dripping Springs. Walk down to Barton Creek. The water is cool and clean. Private and Gated. Gate access code and private keyless entry code to your home will be provided at time of reservation. 512 909 4515 The manicured property is located on a private, 13-acre hobby ranch in Austin on the border of Dripping Springs. Walk down to Barton Creek or visit the longhorns in the pastures. Evenings are magical on the expansive porch; very romantic. We are 15 minutes from almost everything and in the heart of the wedding and winery venues. Uber and Lyft are available.The Hill Country Galleria is an incredible shopping and dining destination. Tex Mex, Italian, Mexican Parrila, Fine Dining, casual Dining, all within 15 minutes. Of course you are welcome to prepare your own food in the fully equipped full kitchen. A side note: we have a family of wild turkeys that visit the property, as well as abundant wildlife. We also free range our 3 chickens and 3 dusks named Larry, Curley and Mo. We also have 3 female Longhorn, Toodles, Daisy and Clarabell. The manicured property is located on a private, 13-acre hobby ranch on the border of Dripping Springs and Austin. NEW! Wanda - modern house at Tom Dooley’s Hideout

Tom Dooley’s Hideout is located at the Gateway to the hill country, just minutes west of Dripping Springs off of hwy 290. It’s a unique 4 acre property with 5 modern tiny houses that sit on open range with free grazing livestock which occasionally show up as they do not belong to us. This tiny house comfortably sleeps 2 on a queen bed but we do have a sofa/futon thats great for kids. Enjoy sitting on the porch or at the picnic table under the trees to kick back and relax on a cool evening.

Welcome to Drippin West... Our spin on two of our favorite places in Texas - Dripping Springs and West Texas! Our cabin sits on the front acre of a 10 acre Hobby farm. We have goats, chickens, horse, and a few cows. While we keep the critters separate from the cabin they may come and visit the fence line. Feel free to give them an ear scratch! (but please do not open the gate) - NO DOGS/PETS
