The Green House Stockholm

Welcome to our new (2023) ecological house with a calm and clean character with a ceiling height of 5 meters. The house is characterized by a space of air in combination with a large size photography collection on the walls. Dining area for the whole family on the wooden deck outside. Free parking for one car. It’s a quiet neighborhood about 5 km from Stockholm town, it takes 11 minutes by subway or less than 20 minutes by bike. It is about 1 km to Lake Mälaren's natural areas and beaches.

Perfekt hus (15m2) på sjötomt för dig som jobbar, studerar i Stockholm city eller norr om stan, älskar natur, lugn och skärgårdsliv. Huset ligger på den bilfria ön Tranholmen i Danderyd, en ö med bro nu (from 1 november-15 april) och SL-färja (8 min) ToR tunnelbanan "Ropsten". Huset ligger nära stan, universitetet, KTH, Karolinska, Kista, Solna, Sundbyberg, Täby, Lidingö. Ön är 3 km i omkrets, har 200 hushåll, 400 invånare. Roddbåt finns att låna för att ro övers sundet

Perfekt för dig som vill koppla av och njuta av lugnet, med en otrolig utsikt över sjön. Stugan har en stor balkong utrustad med flera sittplatser, perfekt för att njuta av solnedgångar eller en härlig grillkväll. Det finns en stor grill på balkongen, vilket gör det enkelt att laga mat och umgås utomhus.

Walking distance to public transport (bus 2 min, subway 8 min) supermarket (10 min), lots of cafes and close to a small forest and a beach. 10 min by car to the Royal Castle Drottningholm (Queen's castle) as well as to City Hall! Free parking on the street. Suitable for friends, couples and families - make yourselves at home!

New modern kitchen from Ballingslöv with everything you need to cook for one or more people. The apartment has an open floor plan.
