Cute and spacious one bedroom triplex right in downtown Decatur. Truly walkable location with just minutes walk to Some of the best dining and nightlife in metro Atlanta area. Agnes Scott college is just across the street. The house is over 100 years old with cute details; full kitchen, screened front porch shared with the other apartment, and pet friendly. There are very few neighborhoods in metro Atlanta that have such a variety of dining and nightlife as Decatur square.

An original 1920s Craftsman duplex (sleeps 4) in an intown urban environment which features an office, living room, bedroom, and added Murphy bed in Kirkwood, Atlanta’s hippest intown neighborhood.
