Tucked away, you’ll live at a slower pace. And as your host, I'm here not only to provide a peaceful place but to guide you to explore and taste all of Dalmatia’s best—sharing my knowledge, thoughtful recommendations, and local tips. I live here, I love it, and I want you to love it too.

Villa Marijana with heated pool

This beautiful villa is located in quiet neighborhood and it is surrounded with beautiful nature. We are close to the city of Nin and most popular beach in the area . City of Zadar is 15 minutes away by car. The house is perfect place for bigger familys and groups. It is very spacious and modern equipped. The villa consists of five bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room with dinning room, heated pool and outdoor kitchen. Our guests have free parking place, WIFI and grill.

One bedroom apt with balcony & parking

This lovely apartment is an ideal place to stay for couples. It is located in our family house on the first floor, and offers air condition, free WiFi access and parking. At Your disposal are fireplace with outside sitting place. Various restaurants and bars can be found in the neighborhood within walking distance. Small grocery store is just around the corner from the flat. The apartment is 30 minutes walking from the town center, and 10 minutes from the beach.

Penthouse 'Garden terrace'

GT is spacious top floor apartment, with 2 private rooftop terraces, featuring outdoor Jacuzzi. There are 2 en suite bedrooms, kitchen,dinning/living area with a fireplace. Second floor features a study/office room which opens to two rooftop patios, one for lounging and enjoying the Jacuzzi, while the other has an outdoor kitchen with a traditional wood burning grill and an outdoor dinning area.

My place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the comfy bed, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house. It has separate entrance and parking space. It's spacious, it has a lot of light. Ideal for two or for a family with children. Walk to the nearest beach takes 20 minutes (2 Kilometers). The old town is 3 kilometers (30 minutes walk). By car drive to the old town in 5 minutes.

Stone house is located in tourist center,70 m far away from sea.It is house with five app,everyone has their own entrance and privacy.Some app have balconies overlooking the sea.Guests have common courtyard,outdoor fireplace with kitchen.

Old stone house on the shore close to the sea with large garden surrounded by various plants. In front is the island of love in the shape of hearts in the air and called Galešnjak. Ideal location for family holidays through all year!
