Our original 1970’s cabin sits on the historic Withlacoochee River with breathtaking views. Nothing fancy but very comfortable and clean. Quiet and relaxing. A perfect place to recharge your spirit. A truly wonderful way to enjoy Florida’s Nature coast. Experience this raw and wild river with its abundant wildlife. Close to Rainbow River. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. It’s fun fishing from the dock or just sitting and watching the river flow. Come and make some memories.

Sweetwater Cottage private dock, canoe & kayaks

Come enjoy our lakeside cottage and its fun relaxing vibe! This private home is fully fenced and features a private dock. We are pet friendly for well behaved four legged friends that enjoy traveling. We have a 14 ft canoe and 2 kayaks for you to enjoy. We do have a small gas motor you can rent for the canoe allowing you to truly explore the lakes. Bring your boat! We have a community boat ramp one street over. Only minutes to downtown Inverness! PET FEE $25 per pet paid directly to host.

Waterfront Cottage 2BR 1B

This charming house is located on nearly an acre of woodland. Fish from the dock of the screen room on the canal or kayak to the nearby lake. Relax in the private backyard Jacuzzi. Bike on the nearby Withlacoochee Trail. There are 2 bedrooms plus living room sleeper sofa, and a lanai with a day bed. Fully furnished. Orlando theme parks are 1 1/2 hour away, Busch Gardens 1 hour. Close to Weeki Wachee, Homosassa and Crystal River for manatee viewing or scallop season.

Palm Waters Riverhouse

Peaceful, pet-free 4/3 family getaway or work retreat on the a quiet part of the Rainbow River. Nestled in nature but minutes from restaurants, grocery and antique stores. Relax on the dock, expansive deck, screened porches or around a camp fire. Abundant outdoor activities including tubing, paddling, fishing, snorkeling, biking, etc. Pls note, 10 people max. For parties of 7+, there is a fee to unlock the 4th bedroom. No pets, no smoking, no parties or events.

VERY BEARY CABIN on Crystal Lake

Bring Fido only $25 per stay/Whole House "Very Beary Cabin" is a 2100 Sq Ft split level nature lodge style cabin plus glamping A Frame on natural spring fed, sand bottom Crystal Lake and it is a Certified Wild Life Habitat. Fully renovated in a knotty pine cabin bear theme. It includes private lower level lockout "Outdoorsman's Suite", a total of 3 bedrooms plus pullout. Plus a bonus Glamping A Frame "The Cub House" is included on the property with all stays.

This is a clean and simple studio of 230 sq ft. Direct off street parking leads to private patio and entrance. Ratings reflect listing accuracy, not that it is "5 star" hotel equivalent. Please review the listing details carefully and ask any questions prior to booking. We are happy to host your short term say in the clean and private studio. !NOTE! - There is a Febreeze unit installed in closet !NOTE! - There is a step up to get into bathroom area.

A-Frame modern home located on hundreds of acres of protected wetlands privately accessed via the 250’ boardwalk from the house. Private dock on the Withlacoochee River backwaters access Rainbow River and Lake Rousseau from house by boat. Community boat ramp 3 doors down. 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths each has it’s own walk out deck. Hot tub on lower deck. No pets. Leave no trace!
