Cozy Detached Apartment in a Secluded Locale

The perfect place to stay in North Atlanta. A completely detached, private apartment with everything you need to feel like you’re right at home. Spread out on a comfy L-shaped sectional sofa in the living room. There’s a neat and tidy aspect to the interior, with its little wall mottos of goodwill, subtle lighting and rustic full kitchen. Find yourself just minutes from North Point Mall with its dine-in movie theater and less than a mile from the Big Creek Greenway. The Ameris Amphitheater is just 7 minutes away. Downtown Alpharetta and the Avalon are each 10 minutes away. Set on a private lot surrounded by trees, the apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts' residence sits away from the road, which adds privacy and seclusion to the address. It's under 2 miles to North Point Mall and beyond. Property is not located near public transportation. Once you locate our driveway, proceed down the driveway hill and park in front of the garage next to the stairs. The garage door is an ultra quiet model and we only ever access it from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Historic Roswell Private Guest Suite & Patio

Bring your pets and enjoy a stay 1 mile from Canton Street and all that downtown Roswell has to offer. It’s also convenient to the Perimeter area, Buckhead and Alpharetta. The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Completely remodeled, the guest space offers modern and comfortable accommodations. Be sure to take advantage of the swinging bed under the string lights on your private patio.

Our front porch and a screened in back porch are designed to sit back and relax. *Located within 2 miles/ mins to Perimeter Mall & the business district. *Only 3 miles from "Pill Hill” which has three hospitals.

NO CLEANING FEE - Although we don't charge a cleaning fee, our cleaners work very hard to provide a clean place for our guests. THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE HOUSE. This is a terrace-level guest SUITE in a home in a nice neighborhood with many high end homes. Very safe and quiet location with no thru traffic. Short walk to Canton St. and walkable to local wedding venues. This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

Old house renovated in modern style. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Absolute privacy. No shared space. 70 inch Smart TV with ESPN+, YouTube and Netflix. Additional 42 inch TV with Netflix. Front load Samsung washer and dryer. There are 2 queen beds and a futon bed. There is also a large couch which is more comfortable than the futon bed. 2 miles from Dunwoody Village, 3 miles from Mercedes Benz Headquarters. Very close to Dunwoody Country Club. 3 miles from Perimeter Mall.
