There is a smart tv located in the living room (no cable) The master bedroom has a cozy king bed for 2 with plenty of natural light. This charming two story home with open living space and kitchen will give you the ultimate home away from home experience. Our centrally located end unit townhome is in the popular Brier Creek Country Club community complete with a golf course. Our community offers access to a pool during the spring and summer months. We love to interact with our guests and want to provide them with 5 star review worthy experiences while staying at our charming townhome. If you are relocating to the area, as a real estate agent team we would be more than happy to show you around town. Roomy, private suite with separate entrance.

A pet-friendly living space with a sectional couch and entertainment. A private bedroom with a queen-size bed. A private, newly renovated full bathroom with a private shower. Includes a microwave oven, hot plate, small convection oven, fridge, and washer/dryer. It is a split-level home. I live upstairs, but you have the entire bottom level, with a private entrance. 15 minutes to Duke University Campus, Duke Hospital, and downtown Durham. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurant options nearby.

Cheerful cottage w/ 1st floor BR near UNC and Duke

Lovely retreat in an amazing location, one of Durham's best neighborhoods, only six miles to UNC, six miles to Duke and 12 miles to RDU airport. Three bedrooms and two full baths, with an amazing back yard and miles of walking paths through the safe wooded neighborhood, complete with playgrounds, playing fields, and restaurants and shops at both ends of the neighborhood. Very convenient to RTP, I-40 and Southpoint Mall.
