Rozel house is a large beautiful open plan 10 sleeper house built across 1800 sq ft with completely rural surroundings. A fully enclosed gated property, backing onto fields, country lanes, footpaths and walking distance of country pubs. Large open plan kitchen, dining area and living room with a striking open fire place. Bifold doors opening to a secluded garden, with a large decking area, 8 person hot tub, bar & bbq area. Four legged fury friends can accompany you at a small extra charge.

Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

It is above the garage block beside the owners' property situated on the first floor, accessed via its own front door. Durley is only 10 minutes from junction 7 of the M27, or 15 minutes from the M3 and a great central location situated roughly halfway between the cities of Southampton and Winchester yet only 30 minutes from the New Forest.

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Pretty, self contained annexe with its own entrance, located between the historic city of Winchester & Southampton and on the doorstep of the New Forest National Park. Great travel links - M3/M27, Southampton Airport & Southampton Parkway station. Studio comprises double bed, kitchen with oven, hob, fridge & microwave. Breakfast bar, which doubles as a workspace, shower room and shared use of patio and garden. We also have a young, bouncy dog!
