This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath home in Boise's Historic East End features a private hot spring soaking pool with a complimentary 2-hour soak. The temperature is adjustable for year-round enjoyment. The yard is shared with the owner but fully private during your soak. Inside, enjoy a full kitchen, cozy living area, washer/dryer, Roku (Netflix, Hulu, HBO), and Gigabit Wi-Fi. A good nights sleep is the most important! We offer new, memory foam mattresses for optimum comfort. Very convenient location. Tons of parking. Stores within easy walking distance. Airport close without the plane noise. Cozy home with 3 sleeping areas. Perfect for 6 to sleep very comfortably. Fast internet and a smart TV in each bedroom. Professionally cleaned and sanitized. This warm, cozy home is centrally located in Boise, near Meridian & Eagle. Fully renovated, with comfy new mattresses and bedding. Large 55" TV in the family room and 32" TV in master are brand new Roku smart TVs. Backyard has a dining area, gas firepit, 6 person hot tub, and hammock. Close to the Village and easy access to downtown. Next door is the elementary school with a big playground. Garage not available for use, but there is plenty of parking on the driveway and gravel pad.
