Located on a private park with playground, soccer, volleyball & basketball court. Neighborhood features walking paths, ponds, and parks and within walking distance to the greenbelt, grocery stores, rite aid, etc. Our goal is to make you as comfortable as possible, with a fully loaded, recently renovated home. This is a cozy, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom single level home in a centrally located quiet neighborhood walking distance to coffee, restaurants and parks. Just over a mile to BSU, the Boise river, Downtown, & just a 7 minute drive to the airport. The backyard is fully fenced with a deck, outdoor seating and a BBQ. You are welcome to bring your dogs, they are part of the family too! Please, no cats. There is a $25 dog fee, per dog, per stay.
