The Happy Red Cabin

I'm a small cabin located in a wonderful setting with other houses on gravel roads. My owners put their hearts and souls into my creation. I have 2 BR's & BR's, great room, kitchen, W/D, 2 porches, patio and a fire pit. Located 2.5 miles from Saluda, NC - a delightful small WNC town. I'm up the hill from a small private lake *as of summer '25 - lake temporarily drained for long term repairs* NO WI-FI, weak cell. Guest pass for lake property provided. NO PETS or SMOKING - strict policy.

Tanglewood Historic Charm, Woods, Horses, Favorite

Located within the Village of Historic Flat Rock, Tanglewood is a rare gem of Flat Rock history. Nestled on four wooded acres it is an authentic yet modernized log home. Originally constructed in 1921, it is now beautifully restored with new wiring, modern room configuration, central heat and A/C, WiFi, a working fireplace, generator & all new appliances, lighting, furnishings and bedding. Peaceful and lovely. Within 45 minutes of 67 summer camps, 3.5 miles from downtown Hendersonville.

Geode Cottage, a whimsical stay in the mountains

Fifteen minutes from the Asheville Airport, half an hour from Asheville, the Pisgah National Forest, and the Blue Ridge Parkway, this location allows quick access to some of the best gems in WNC.

Located in a quiet wooded neighborhood, the Byrd Box is a mile from our quaint downtown with shops, restaurants, and local pubs; a 20 minute drive from hiking trails, waterfalls, and apple orchards; and a short hour from the ski slopes! Come relax on our porch swing and enjoy the beautiful Blueridge Mountains. UPDATE: we recently added a fire pit patio area for your use. *Please note that our home is accessed via a short set of stairs.

The Sweet Retreat

Located in historic Druid Hills, the Sweet Retreat is conveniently situated one mile from downtown Hendersonville and about 25 minutes from Asheville and Brevard. The house was recently renovated to incorporate the many luxuries of the 21st century but maintains it's 1950's charm. It's a short walk to the Oklawaha Greenway, several restaurants and stores, and a quick scenic drive to all the beautiful spots in Western North Carolina.

Home with private walk-out basement apartment located 75 yards from Dry Falls Brewery, Shops, Restaurants and Ecusta Trail. Just 4 blocks to Main Street in Historic Downtown Hendersonville. This basement apartment was built and furnished specifically for Air BnB guests. Included is Cable HDTV in bedroom & living room. Full Kitchen with complimentary snacks, water, soft drinks, tea and coffee. Secure bike storage upon request.

Spring Mountain House

Spring mountain house is a modern micro cabin perched above the creek in a lush mountain forest. Scandinavian inspired, this cabin was designed and built by the hosts using site-harvested lumber and custom hand-crafted wood and metalwork features. The cabin lays on a south-facing mountain covered in rhododendron forest with the view and sounds of the creek below.

Cottage on a Farm in Pisgah Forest

Cozy small house ideally situated between DuPont forest and Pisgah National Forest for hiking, biking, viewing our many gorgeous waterfalls. Quaint town of Brevard also just minutes away. Cyclists love the location 12 minutes to DuPont Forest with its great trails and 6 minutes to Oscar Blues brewery for refreshment after a day in the Forest!
