This unique fully remodeled tiny cottage has a style all its own. One bedroom with full size bed, and futon in living room . Walking distance to downtown, Cheeseburger festival, restaurants, brewery, beach, grocery store, marina and a short drive to Port Austin with many parks on the way. Spacious property for a tent/small camper for additional fee! Small pets allowed under 30 lbs., however yard is not fenced. Come spend Thumb Thyme in Caseville. ***No cleaning fees or pet fees!!***

Family Fun Spacious inside & outside

Room for the whole family with three large bedrooms w/queen size beds and additional trundle beds.. Comfortable living room has a gas fireplace and attached game room with a card table and air hockey table. Outside has a private backyard patio, firepit, pond and plenty of wildlife… and less then five minutes from Lake Huron’s beaches and boat launches. Use of a heated in-ground fenced-in pool memorial day to labor day is not guaranteed. Pet friendly with an additional fee upon approval.

A large trail system nearby, for snowmobiles, quads and other off road vehicles. Great place to just sit back and relax. Very Private, nearest neighbor is me, 20 acres away. This large pet friendly 2800 Sq/Ft home is located one mile west of the Saginaw Bay near Linwood Beach Marina. It was completely refurnished with new beds and furniture (09/12/2019). There are two golf courses with-in 5 miles and has several restaurants located near the Village of Linwood. Bay City is a larger city 10 miles to the south. The home has a large front and back deck. The home is on a main highway (603 S.Huron Rd) and is tucked away nicely behind a Billboard.

This adorable two bedroom, one bath, cabin like guesthouse sits behind the owners house with an attached private one car garage. This house features two private entrances! The house is about 1,000 sq feet, and includes a fenced in backdoor shared with the owners house so your pets can enjoy the outdoors in a secured space. There is a deck with a small grill to enjoy your outdoor festivities, and the owners also have a shared fire pit. Wood is not provided.
