Discover Kotor From a Radiant Gem with Sea Views

Cozy up on a stylish sofa steeped in the smart elegance of this bright apartment featuring herringbone wood floors, trendy furnishings, and pops of brilliant blue. Head to the balcony to enjoy mesmerizing sea and mountain views from a quaint bistro table. Large and comfortable living room with smart TV, fast internet, and a dining table with chairs as well as a balcony with seating area overlooking the Kotor Bay. Fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, multi functional microwave, hot plate, oven, toaster, juicer, kettle, coffee maker) available to you as well as all the other utensils you need, First bedroom with king bed and another bedroom with two separate beds that could be put together. A bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Apartment is equipped with air condition system for both cooling and heating. It is on the 3th floor of the residential building without elevator. There is parking 1 minute away at the owner property or right in front of the apartment building. If you need anything at all that could make your stay better please don't hesitate to ask, and I'll do my best to accommodate you :) What I love most about hosting is getting in touch with guests with whom both me and my family share the same passion - traveling and discovering great places and cultures. I look forward to welcoming you soon! The apartment is set very near the center and the Old town, just minutes away by foot from historic sites, landmarks, museums, and scenic hiking paths. Waterfront restaurants, charming cafes, and shops are a short walk away. Nearest beach just 100 meters from the apartment. With all of this around, you might just decide to enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony over a glass of wine. 10-20 minutes by taxi from the airport, 5 min by taxi to the bus station. Public transportation 100m. Old town, by foot, in 5 minutes Third floor of the building, no elevator!

Prestigioso appartamento con balcone vista canale a pochi minuti da piazza San Marco ma in una zona tranquilla. Il check-in è online una settimana prima dell'arrivo: verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50 € per tutto il gruppo) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

Our lovely apartment is just the perfect location for you can stay in Budapest. 15 min distance from the downtown&1 min walk distance from the public transportation stops (bus, tram, HÉV). Everything you might need: market, squares and promenades, cafés and restaurants, small shops and plenty of bars. The apartment is fully equipped and comfortable (2+1 children): fast wifi, smart TV, washing machine, sheets and towels, air conditioning, micro, coffee machine, shower gel, hairdryer, etc.

The apartment (2+kk, 54 m2) is airy, spacious and has high ceilings. From the main door, you enter the big entrance hall, which has access to the balcony, the toilet, and the bathroom. Next room is a kitchen with dining area. The kitchen enters the last living room and bedroom at the same time thanks to the wooden built-in floor, where is a sleeping place for two people. Equipped with a sofa bed. The apartment is very quiet and the windows are facing the green courtyard.
