Our community of Terra Ceia is located in the center of the historic towns of Belhaven, Bath, Plymouth and Washington. A day trip to the Atlantic Ocean is easy as the cottage is approximately ninety miles to beaches both north and south.

Three bedrooms, 1 bathroom house located about 45 miles to the beach, rather Outer Banks or Virginia Beach. We have a private pond located on one end of the property and the creek comes up to the other end. Great for launching your canoe or kayak there. Northwest River Marsh Game lands are located nearby. There will be free use of the boat ramp about half of mile away for your bigger water toys, hunting game lands and fishing.

The house has a pool and jacuzzi on the property along with a club house pool , gym tennis courts, basketball court and activities in the summer. The house has wifi and dish tv. There are plenty of restaurant and shopping nearby.The house is on a cul de sac and very private.
