Beautifully decorated with contemporary furnishings, the home offers two bedrooms accommodating up to four guests. The home includes an open living room with dedicated dining space & a fully-equipped kitchen featuring a coffee & tea bar & washer/dryer. Spacious, park-like enclosed backyard perfect for your dogs (up to 2 welcome)!

This charming cottage is in a sequestered back yard. Aiken is an historic town that was the winter destination for wealthy northerners who built homes here, brought their horses for polo and thoroughbred racing...a tradition that is carried on today. There are theaters, golf courses, and a branch of the University a mile away. Aiken is located outside of Augusta, Ga. The cottage is casual, comfortable, and offers peace and quiet in a safe area. Private driveway and parking for two cars.

Newly built Dunbarton Studio Cottage with vaulted ceiling, efficiency kitchen and bathroom is located in charming neighborhood adjacent to the Historic Horse District. Just around the corner from Aiken Horse Park and very close to Downtown Aiken's shops & restaurants. Dog friendly with large fun yard for you and your dog. A pet fee of $35 is required.
