The home is in 1000 Island Waterfront Town right on the Saint Lawrence River. Large Grand Circa 1865 Home (4400 sq Ft). Perfect for a Quiet, Get-a-Way in Port Village. Fully implemented Kitchen, Dining Room, and Living room with Hardwood Maple flooring. Main House with 3- Bedrooms. You have exclusive use of the original main part of the house, 3 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. There is a separate addition with 1- Bedroom Apartment which IS NOT included with this rental. It may be available to rent also.

Located on a bend in the river you will feel surrounded by tranquil natural beauty. The entire front of the house is windows, looking out at the river. The house has been newly built with all of the creature comforts and a very well appointed kitchen. The hot tub , located outside on the deck is the icing on the cake. This is a perfect getaway for up to 6 people. In the summer you can swim right off the end of the dock on the property. There is also good bass and pickerel fishing in the river.

The whole family or group of friends will have plenty of space to come together as a group or spread out and enjoy quiet time across 4 buildings: Main Home, Bunkie, Hot Tub House & Gazebo. Our wifi is Starlink and reaches across all outbuildings! Note the entrance is monitored by a security camera. Extra guests must be approved in advance. No parties.
