The Nest at Suncadia

The Cabins at the Farm is Suncadia's hotest new neighborhood of Scandinavian modern homes. Nestled in the Nelson Preserve, this home back to a seasonal creek with west expsosure. Desgined to bring the outdoors in. Greeted by whymsical birch wallpaper, vaulted ceilings, loads of natural light & comfy furnishings. The back patio is ideal to dine al fresco, sit around the firepit or soak in the hot tub. The studio/bunk room is perfect to have your kids with you but not on top of you. We love it.

La Casita! Clean, comfortable, quiet & convenient.

Enjoy easy access to town, wine country, and mountain adventures from this conveniently located home base. La Casita is a fully detached unit adjacent to our main home. It provides a living area, walk-in closet and bathroom. We are located in a quiet neighborhood two miles north of town. You can easily access the University, restaurants, and entertainment options. Mountain adventures await with local hikes and a full array of mountain activities. Our Manual will provide some recommendations.

Lux/HOT TUB/Pickleball/EV/King Bed~Golf~

Nestled in Cle Elum, Oakmont Pines offers relaxation and adventure. Start your day with crisp mountain air and stunning fairway views, then enjoy pickleball, scenic trails, or golfing just steps away. After your adventure, unwind in the private hot tub or gather under the pergola by the fire, roasting s’mores. The home sleeps 10 guests and features luxury amenities for ultimate comfort. Cle Elum and Roslyn are just 10 minutes away, Suncadia only 7 minutes, and Seattle a little over an hour.

The Wood House

The Wood House is a beautiful blend of both old and new while also having the luxuries needed to create the perfect stay. The exterior of the house is a striking mix of old-world charm and modern design, featuring a creative use of reclaimed materials. The interior is fresh and new including more unique touches and modern amenities. These elements give the house a distinct personality, blending contemporary aesthetics with a rich and eclectic feel. We welcome you to our passion project.

The Red Tail Retreat

The Red Tail Retreat is a secluded and quiet getaway in a brand new luxury stand alone modular home, complete with shower, heat, air, full kitchen, fire place, and wonderful king size bed! Located on a private corner of our property, you will enjoy beautiful views and the relaxing sound of the creek. At night you can hear the great horned owls and during the day you can watch the red tail hawks and eagles soaring in the sky. Binoculars are waiting for you in the home….See you soon!

Pinehaus Cabin- Sauna/Cold Plunge/Hot Tub/BBQ

Welcome to the Pinehaus! Nestled amongst the woods, on almost 4 acres, this cabin was designed to be a luxurious oasis to relax and recharge, a one of a kind experience. The space features a separate bathhouse that includes a sauna (with a large window), cold plunge, relaxation loft and a Hot Tub outside. It’s close enough to everything, but far enough in the tranquility of the woods. 10 minutes to DT Cle Elum. 15 minutes to DT Roslyn. 20 minutes to Suncadia. 1hr 30min to Seattle.

Teanaway Cottage

A quaint retreat in the Teanaway seated against a hillside of Ponderosa pines facing the beautiful open valley. Hiking, biking, and fly fishing are minutes away. Kick back and relax on the patio after a day of outdoor play and take in the tranquility of the valley. Please note the cabin is cozy but with limited amenities: No dishwasher or W/D. Pellet stove for heating. Wifi available! Enjoy your stay!

The Shady Frame - Mt. Rainier

Built in 1970, and thoughtfully renewed in 2023, The Shady Frame delivers the idyllic Northwest mountain escape. Inspired by Scandinavian rustic living with a nod to modern styling and luxury. Located just 10 mins from Mt. Rainier National Park & 20 mins from White Pass Ski Area. Elopers are welcome! Please inquire with your scope and thoughts. Non-overnight guests up to 12 are accepted.

Cascade Valley Homestead

Enjoy a peaceful getaway in our cozy suite or use it as a centrally-located home base for unlimited adventures all over the state! This accessible 600 square foot suite is attached to our home with its own separate private entrance, self check-in via keypad, a small covered patio area and plenty of available parking. Trailer parking also available upon request.
