High in the hills of Ellicottville is 62 acres of secluded bliss. Mountain bike, hike or cross country ski through the private wooded groomed trails. Swim in the sparkling spring-fed pond. Enjoy the splendid view across the valley or the sparkling night stars from the hot tub then kick back with friends at a bonfire. Artists cottage - mid century

The perfect spot to relax, read, write meditate. View birds, wildlife in an old forest along the Allegany River from the porch, deck or large picture windows. Take a walk. (fast Wi Fi, 32 inch TV and echo dot) Families and dog owners will like the large yard (no fence, warning ticks and Lyme disease in the area). My grandmother designed the cottage around a vintage house trailer (tiny house)1956. There are many unique and cleaver features. Family mementos through history are on display.

Welcome to Deer Run Cabin. A comfortable two bedroom cabin set on three acres of beautiful wooded land situated just outside the town of Ellicottville. The cabin is a three minute drive to Hollimont Ski Club, four minutes into the town of Ellicottville, and a five minute drive to Holiday Valley Ski Club. A perfect mix of privacy and convenience. * If you are bringing a pet, please let us know by adding your pet to the reservation, and read our house rules before you book.

Owner occupied duplex, private country ranch, 2 bedroom, laundry room, full bath with tub/shower & stand up shower, heated floors. Large private parking area. 100s of acres of unobstructed views of foliage and wildlife. Uber service available upon request of comfort priority ride.

Village Retreat, with four bedrooms and large yard

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
