Acadia National Park ocean front & garden cottages

Both our houses are designed in the contemporary style. We used custom made decor and cherry tree furniture. A lot of windows, glass doors, bright and open space are inside the house. It is very quiet outside. You most likely will be alone at the beach. We share the whole sea cove with only one neighboring house. It is a pure paradise if you want to live on the beach on your own and within minutes of driving to the main local attractions. You'll be amazed of our botanical garden and landscape.

Maine Wilderness Oasis: Hike Swim Kayak Fish

Take it easy at this unique getaway. Spend your days hiking the backyard trails (25 acres behind the house!), swimming or paddle boarding on the lake with a private dock (lake is a 2 minute walk down the driveway!), or traveling to near by coastal towns like Bar Harbor (Bucksport was voted #1 small coastal town in USA!). For dinner, stop by one of the lobster shacks just down the road to bring home your fresh Maine lobster! Come and disconnect (or stay connected if you’re working remotely!).

The Arthaus, an eclectic retreat for two

Located on Mount Desert Islands, "Quietside". The cottage features high ceilings and an open floor plan, with a small deck looking into the woods The walls are decorated with original art work by the owner. Our location is central to the island, situated just outside the village of Somesville; 15 minutes to Bar Harbor, 10 minutes to Southwest Harbor by car. Hiking and swimming opportunities are just 5 minutes away by car. The Arthaus is not suitable for pets, despite our love for them.

The Cozy Home

This newly renovated house has been transformed into a cozy and bright home. Located in a quite neighborhood close to Northern Light Hospital. This home offers off street parking, WIFI, a washer and dryer, and an outdoor firepit. Just a few minutes from downtown Ellsworth and only 20 miles from Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Explore Ellsworth by taking a walk down Main Street and enjoying the small businesses and restaurants or a picnic at the Ellsworth Harbor Park & Marina.

The Acadia House on Westwood

Relax with the whole family at this tranquil centrally located place to stay. Slowly unwind at this lovingly remodeled entire home. Enjoy a peaceful walk down the quiet family friendly street its nestled on, or quickly arrive at all the areas attractions. The house is located in Ellsworth Maine and although shops, restaurants, local lakes, Acadia National Park and area attractions are only a quick drive away, the home feels soothing, very safe, secluded and welcoming to all.

Blue Hill Bungalow with open, natural light

Newly finished single-floor home close to everything in Blue Hill. Open floor concept, large windows and view of Blue Hill itself from the front porch make this a comfortable place to hang out or base out of for day trips. Everything is within reach with either a short drive, a lovely walk or bike ride, including hiking trails, the ocean, Blue Hill mountain, restaurants, a coffee shop, and boutique shops, as well as the Blue Hill Co-Op and Tradewinds for your grocery needs.

Country Comfort

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful vacation, Country Comfort is the place for you! Bring your canoe or kayaks to explore our near by lakes and ponds, access to the Atlantic ocean is just two miles away. Check out BHHT trails for near by hiking. The entrance to Acadia National Park is an easy 30 minute drive. At the end of the day, come back "home" and relax while enjoying beautiful sunsets and the amazing star lit sky.

Patten Pond Cottage

Beautiful home located on Lower Patten Pond. 2 bedroom upstairs rental. Located close to beautiful Acadia National Park/ Bar Harbor. Enjoy the beautiful peaceful natural surroundings and scenery or in a quick jaunt check out the many local activities in Ellsworth, Blue Hill and Bar Harbor. Awesome location. House newly built few years ago.

Union Street Retreat

Our lovingly restored 1960s cape is in a family friendly, cozy neighborhood within walking distance of historic Main St. Ellsworth which includes gift shops, restaurants and a coffee shop. We are only 20 miles from Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. We keep this home meticulously clean with all bedding freshly washed for each guest.
