My place is all about vibe and feeling. This is a home, what air Bnb is supposed to be. Not an investor trying to make a quick $. It’s why I fell in love with the place, and why my guests do too! A stones throw to the local buzzing Balaclava neighbourhood, where you can enjoy some classic Melbourne cafes and shops. The train station is a 3 minute walk away, and will get you to the CBD in 12 minutes. The iconic Chapel Street is also only a few blocks away, or St Kilda Beach is 5 minutes by car.

Mins walk from the beach, foreshore paths ,cafes,restaurants, public transport & St.Kilda botanical gardens. This stunning Studio/villa provides nurturing elements adored by guests for it's retreat style environment. Suited for PEACE & PRIVACY by couples with or without a child, business or solo travellers. Guests are welcomed with supplies to help settle in, relax & unwind.

St Kilda Beachfront Heaven on Marine Parade!

Delightful beachfront apartment, wooden floors, rooftop BBQ area, full kitchen, minutes to Acland St, supermarkets, Luna Park, Fitzroy St and St Kilda beach. One large bedroom with a super comfy queen bed, and a Koala cushy sofa bed (queen size) in the living room for approved additional guests. 100% cotton percale sheets. 3 types of pillows (8 in total). WIFI and 50” flat screen smart TV. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free visitor parking at this time due to council legislation.

BAYSIDE PROPERTY, PET FRIENDLY, CLOSE TO PUBLIC TRANSPORT, EASY FOR ROD LAVER, FOOTY - MCG AND CHAPEL ST. 2-bedroom unit is set to the rear of the complex. Secure ground floor. A 1.2km walk to Elwood beach. Unit is 60 sq meters *STRICTLY NO PARTIES / LOUD MUSIC* *Short-stay cleaning fee of $75 ($100 for longer stays) for 2 guests, additional fee of $25 pp for additional guests. Check-in from 2pm to 9pm and check-out by 11am. After hours check-in/ late check-out may be available on request.

Centrally located, across the road from the South Melbourne Markets, walking distance to the Albert Park Lake and a quick tram trip to the CBD. Please note- no TV, so bring devices if needed.
