Hike up 20 minute to the South Downs Way and you are on top of the World! Sitting right at the foot of the South Downs with all its many walking trails, this cosy cottage is simple, but spacious with stunning views surrounding this tranquil West Sussex village. Easy access to Goodwood is an added bonus for those motor or horse racing fans. An array of pubs can be found within easy reach, alternatively have a night in and play boardgames by our wood burning stove. Dogs are absolutely welcome!

The house has plenty of space and light, great for families, groups of friends, couples and business travellers. The Royal Holloway University is a ten minute stroll across the Village.

The train service to London is under an hour to Victoria or London Bridge from Edenbridge or Lingfield train stations.
