Waterfront 3 bedroom cottage in the woods.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, yet close to town center...only 2 1/2 miles. Have your morning coffee or evening cocktails on our screened in back porch overlooking the pond. Go fishing in the private pond and take out our kayaks. We also have a 4 person inflatable dinghy you may use along with 3 fishing poles and life vests. There are 2 lightweight kayaks for pond use only. We just purchased a 4 man paddle boat. Life jackets are required when on or in the water.

Bright, airy, open living space, nestled in the valley, surrounded by mountains, sitting on seven pretty acres. Great porch to sit on and watch the clouds and mountains dance. ALSO: Just a half mile from John C. Campbell Folk School!! Clean, comfortable and a great value for students taking classes.
