The small apartment is located on the beach, in the center of the city.Very close to restaurants, cafes,bakery,grocery and pharmacy.There are also beach bars,surf clubs with umbrellas and chairs.The bus station is 2' away while the distance from the Rafìnas port and the airport of Athens is 5km, and I can arrange a taxi for your transfer at any moment.The apartment has two rooms with one double bed and one sofa-bed,one bathroom and a kitchen.Can accommodate 4 people.I be will be glad to see you!

In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein open-air-Kino, ein Pub, ein Badestrand & Segelboothafen. Der nächste Sandstrand ist nur 120m entfernt. Bei Bedarf kann das Sofa oder ein Zustellbett als weitere Schlafmöglichkeit genutzt werden.

The villa is located in a quiet community within easy walking distance of Schinias National Park, the Olympic Rowing centre and some of the best beaches in Attiki. Guests have exclusive access to the entire ground floor (including verandas), the swimming pool and sunbathing area, and to the garden which is full of shady trees and Mediterranean herbs. The house is the perfect place to chill out on holiday or to use as a base to explore the sights of nearby Athens and the surrounding area.

The beach is only a 3-5min walk away, while our guests are free to use the marine equipment we provide.

The house is about 40sq.m, with 1 bedroom with dooble bed, living room with two double sofabeds, 1 small kitchen, 1 bathroom and yard-balcony with beautiful sea view. The house has also an outdoor shower and large parking area. The view is amazing. The blue and crystal clean water of the Aegean sea is on your sight from almost everywhere, even from your bed!

One bedroom apartment with a big kitchen and nice shower. Renovated in April 2018. In the center of the town, 20 meters from the beach. Restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Grocery Market and the local business only in 2 minutes by foot. Near Athens airport, 15 minutes with a taxi.
