The Little Blue Cottage on Bargain Bay

Situated on a quiet street with friendly neighbours, the cottage is only steps to a local swimming beach. Conveniently located within walking distance to amenities in Madeira Park and only a 20 minute drive to 6 different lakes, numerous hiking trails, parks, beaches and fishing. Great for kids and well behaved dogs. Best suited for couples and small family's. *Dog's are welcome, subject to approval and pet fee. Please tell me a little bit about your dog when requesting to book.

Trillium Park Place

My place is close to parks, restaurants and long lake. From here you are less than 10 min from enjoying a day at the beach, or the lake. Downtown Nanaimo is a short drive away. Use this as a home base while exploring Vancouver Island. My place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). An additional $25 fee per stay will be added for pets this will come as a modification to the rental and needs to be paid before check in.

House is sited on the oceanfront with a spectacular panoramic ocean view, facing the famous "Entrance Island Lighthouse". Gabriola's iconic sunset beach (also famous for storm or whale watching) is just next door (LITERALLY it's on your doorstep!).

This is a 2 bedroom, pet friendly suite with full kitchen & laundry. Check in and out as you please with the separate entrance but rest assured, we’re right upstairs if you need anything! I travel a lot so my home sadly sits empty. I'd love to share this piece of heaven with everyone! Come enjoy the beach. At night you can star gaze surrounded by peaceful silence. Walk on waterfront in the front yard and forest in the backyard, yet only 10 mins to town! My house is not perfect. Like any family home, it has its quirks and the closets are full of my stuff, but the beds are clean and you can't beat the location.
