Beachfront Lovers Key Beach Club Condo 1002

Our remodeled 1BR condo is located directly on a private, white sugar-sand beach with beautiful Gulf and bay views from a private balcony. Modern amenities and new furnishings including two 40" flat screen smart TVs. Enjoy the heated swimming pool, gas grills and our uncrowded beach, with lovely Lovers Key State Park Beach connected directly to ours. Easy access to shopping, dining, and the trolley. There are many activities/watersports here or simply relax. Keep an eye out for the dolphins!

Ken & Gina's Beach Condo (#2301)

Due to hurricane Ian, the courtyards and tennis courts are under repair. Pools are open. 2 of 4 entrances are open. Studio condo across the street from Bonita Beach. 3rd floor unit offering partial views of the gulf. Being able to walk to the beach (2 mins) and 2 restaurants while centrally located between Ft. Myers and Naples makes this a great location. Local bike rental shops offer delivery of bicycles. Bonita beach offers jet ski, paddle board and catamaran rental. Parking is free

Our rates already include a discount for this. 1 Bedroom, Queen bed, 1 Bath, Washer/Dryer, Smart TV (we do not have regular cable), Internet/Wifi, screened lanai, 2 beach chairs, towels, umbrella, tent, wagon, coolers, blender, coffee machine. Roof top pool (no hot tub). No smoking. Sorry, no kids under 13 and no pets.

DUE TO HURRICANE IAN & MILTON SOME CONSTRUCTION IS STILL ON SITE. NO AMENITIES AT THIS TIME.
