Located off Coburg Rd. in Eugene, OR, this spacious guesthouse offers so much for everyone. Enjoy a large indoor space with private entrance and separate fenced back yard for your well-behaved fur babies. The back yard features a table w/ fire pit and 4 oversized chairs, a gas BBQ and a hammock. Inside features include: CA King bed; living room w/ couch and oversized chair; large TV with soundbar; kitchenette with fridge, countertop oven, cooktops, & microwave; and bathroom with walk-in shower.

Lake life in a quiet idyllic setting to relax and enjoy the GREAT views from every window on the back of the house, yet be close to University of Oregon / Autzen Stadium and all that Eugene has to offer. With a sauna, screened in porch, new grill and big deck, you can't go wrong. Boredom is not an option! With numerous wineries and craft breweries within twenty minutes, keep busy or not! Situated right off Hwy 126-easy day trip to the coast. Note: Lake is drained from mid-Oct to mid-April.

Hobby Farm Apartment

A peaceful setting 1 mile out of the town of Junction City (known for it’s annual Scandinavian Festival) and just 9 miles north of Eugene. You will be staying on a 2 1/2 acre hobby farm with chickens, goats, orchard, and grape arbor. The one bedroom guest house off the shop (used mostly for storage) is aprox 700 square feet with a living room, large bedroom, full kitchen with range, refrigerator, pantry, and bath. Guests have access of the property and a designated picnic table and yard.

Carriage House

The Carriage House is a unique and private space with all the amenities of a full size home. It's nestled in the back of my homestead up against the hillside in The Willamette National Forest. We're centrally located making it convenient to reach many desirable destinations from the coast to the high desert and everything in between. Downtown Eugene and The University of Oregon campus is within 30 minutes. It's an ideal spot for a weekend getaway or an extended stay for business trips.
