Spacious, open plan coastal retreat. It has two living areas and has lovely views over the ocean from living area and covered deck. It is situated in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with lots of family attractions, secluded beaches and coastal walks nearby. A short walk to nearby surf beach and same to a quiet,peaceful bay and another out to the Point offering secluded views. It is a 2 min drive to an IGA, butcher, coffee shop & newsagent. Min 5 day over Xmas sch hols. NO groups of young adults

Beach house on Broulee's best street

Our lovely Broulee beach house is just steps away from beautiful South Broulee Beach. In a quiet cul-de-sac, the beach is a one minute walk to the end of the street and over the dunes. Walking distance to cafes and local shops, the house is clean and fresh, with three bedrooms in the main house as well as a backyard cottage with another bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. There's fire places inside and out, a large deck with a BBQ and a big fenced backyard good for pets. We hope you enjoy your stay.

With views in all directions, spacious decks for enjoying your holiday and a big backyard, Upper Deck Beach House welcomes guests to Tuross Head. Take a 5 minute walk to the beaches, lake, river, bike path and shops. The casual, coastal style of the house has plenty of windows to capture the breezes and views. The 4 comfortable bedrooms sleep 8 people, with a roomy, fully equipped kitchen, two big bathrooms, both with showers, and a washer and dryer. And for your convenience, we have Wifi!

Bendos Beach House @ South Broulee

Renovated modern beach house in one of Broulee’s quietest cul-de-sacs. The house has direct access to a walking track metres from the front door to the patrolled section of South Beach Private outdoor shower and private outdoor gazebo. 8 metre heated mineral pool at back of house which is a shared space with the owner’s house at rear. Pool available from October 1- April 30. Ducted air conditioning. All linen provided. EV charger available on request. Pets on request. Strictly no smoking

Riverside house with cabin at Mossy Point

2 bedroom house with separate 1 bedroom cabin in Lovely Mossy Point. Situated on a quiet section of Annetts Pde with no through traffic. A reserve and the Tomaga river just over the back fence a great area for dogs who are welcome. A short walk to the Muffin shop and the boat ramp. You can walk to Nth Broulee beach via the headland and Candalagan creek, otherwise only a 3 minute drive. There are 5 adult and 2 childrens canoes provided for you to explore the mangroves and Tomaga river.

The Beach Haven

The beach haven house is a spacious family friendly home, that is suitable for both large groups and couples. This house is ideal for holiday makers wishing to be in close proximity to both nature and local amenities. It's withing a short 5 minute walking distance to the beach, and the famous Corrigan Beach Reserve Park and accessible playground Incl. Bells Family Carnival. You won't need to drive and can stroll to the local shops which includes a chemist, IGA and a whole lot more!

Broulee is a little slice of paradise on the south coast of NSW. This guest house is a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches. This brand new house has everything you need, whether relaxing or having fun. At the South end of the beach is Broulee Island where there is a rare pocket of littoral rainforest. Excellent spots for fishing and a great surf break at Pinks Point. From vantage points on the island, you can spot migrating whales.

This spectacular waterfront home nestled in tranquil Sunshine Bay. Most rooms in the house enjoy the magnificent views of Sunshine Cove, looking across the bay to Long Beach and further out to Pigeon House Mountain. The indoor living area flows out to the expansive entertainment deck, creating an ideal setting for relaxed entertaining. You will enjoy beach access from a walking trail. We don't except bookings for SCHOOLIES or Parties.

Our place is close to the beach which is great for surfing, swimming, paddling and family bike rides. You’ll love our place because of the location right on the creek with birds and water fun just seconds away. The split level design and high ceilings creates a cosy and yet spacious feeling. Our house is good for couples, families (with kids), and those travelling with their pets with a fully enclosed back yard.
