This spacious apartment offers a very tranquil setting in the Cajun capital of south Louisiana. Walk right outside to the newly constructed outdoor kitchen that features commercial counters, sink, boiling set up and bbq pit. Fish or kayak in Perch Pond, just 50 steps away or walk around the pond on Lodge Trail Loop.

This property is a older model mobile home , it is located outside of ville platte city limits , neighbors can sometimes be loud , this is a two bedroom ,two bathroom ,one room has a queen bed and the other room has a full size bed. The living room has a queen sofa bed.This is a great stay for contractors that is working in the ville platte area.
