Dr. Mitchell's owners' quarters above the original animal clinic now features two bedrooms, an open bunk room for kids, and three full bathrooms. You'll find the original exposed brick throughout the home which adds the perfect vibe to this modern industrial home.

On Evansville's "Gold Coast", Semper Fulgens (Always Shining) was converted to 2 luxury apartments after WWII. The second floor rental has full kitchen and three bedrooms/two bathrooms, with private entrance. Grand living room/dining room with a separate den/office complete the space. IF YOU WISH TO BRING A PET, THERE IS A $45 ADDITIONAL FEE AND THE PET MUST BE APPROVED. Message us to discuss. Thank you!

When you stay at this centrally located accommodation, your family will be close to everything. The backyard is fenced in and has a fire pit. The sofa has one pullout bed. The master suite has one queen bed. The second bedroom has two XL twin beds. Complete kitchen with dishwasher, plates, utensils, and washer and dryer. No more than two pets. Pets must be under 30 pounds each.

Guests will have their own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. It is a 2 room space (250sf) Has a queen bed w/ foam topper. A bathroom and a kitchenette in the next room (with microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, panini press) You will get much more from us than a hotel room and much cheaper! Pet fees $20 per stay $5 guest fee per day after 2.

1150 Sq Ft House, two bedrooms with queen beds, office, separate dining area in quiet neighborhood in the center of town. We do allow pets for an additional one-time fee (per visit)of $45 paid through Airbnb. No more than two dogs and we ask that animals not sleep or be on the beds. Thank you!
