The house is clean, updated, and has a full kitchen with filtered water and brand new Ductless Air. Location, Location, Location! House is in the heart of Southwest Center City, in a very safe neighborhood. 10 min. walk to Rittenhouse. Just got renovated. Sleeps 8, 4 bedrooms, 3 double beds and one queen bed. House has 2 full bathrooms, one of them is on the first floor. Please check about pets. There is a charge of $375 as a RETURNABLE security deposit. It will be returned within 7 days of check-out date, unless there is exceeded housekeeping needed or exceeded utility bills had occurred.

Five Star Accommodations

We've had more than one guest tell us that Bancroft Cottage was better than their stay at the Hotel Dupont! (and a lot more reasonable may we add). In the event that we already have a guest checking out on the day you are checking in, or checking in on the day you are checking out we will need to adjust the check-in or check-out time by one hour to allow sufficient time for the Housekeeper. We have exterior cameras in the front and back for added security for our guests and the property.

Close to amazing local restaurants (Union Jack's), trails, coffee shops, malls, and convenient access by train or car into city. The Home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Home has been featured in a show - Interrogation Raw from A&E Networks and an upcoming movie as well commercials.

Lovely space in walking distance of everything downtown- including New Hope. Directly across the street from the tow path for a scenic walk to downtown. Outdoor space with a patio, grill & fire pit. Bikes for exploring. Home lovingly expanded & restored as quaint, classic cottage with wood paneling, tin ceilings & hard wood floors. Wonderful space for groups - 7 beds (king, 4 twins, 2 queens) - sleeps 10. Charging stations throughout, blackout curtains in each bedroom among other comforts.

7 Bdrm "Sunshine House" 1.5 blks to Beach+Parking

Perfect house for small/large groups. No prom or senior weeks. In summer, there is a minimum 3-day week rental in July and August. Free use of beach badges, chairs, & umbrellas. Private screened-in curtained porch. 1.5 blocks to the beach and boardwalk + parking. The sunroom has been converted into a 5th bedroom. Finished basement w/ 2 bdrms and 1 small futon bed in the lvrm, windows, own bathroom. The full-week rental is June 1-Aug 31 (July/Aug is approx $4,000/wk, excluding other fees.
