Geni Sea House

Cosy house in a traditional sea-side village. Wonderful is the opportunity for the visitor to excurse to neighboring islands with his own or a rented boat. The house is situated 8m from the sea with a magnificent sea view! The house is spacious, it has its own bathroom and two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are tavernas close by. The house is a 5 min drive to Nidri where tavernas and cafes line the water front and where ferries sail to neighboring islands.

Quiet Little House on the Beach

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! The house is located at Geni, an amazing village of Lefkada that is surrounded by a lagoon. The place is known for its amazing view, its peacefulness and its rich nature constituting an ideal place for beautiful walks. Next to the house there are many traditional restaurants! Nonetheless, for those that wants to cook inside, the house has a wide terrace with an amazing view to the lagoon, where people can enjoy eating.

Τhe house is new and fully renovated, comfortable and very spacious. It has excellent décor and, combined with the beautiful location where it is located, makes it an ideal choice for couples and families, since the sofa bed can comfortably accommodate 2 more persons. The house is just 30 meters from the sea, 5 km from the center and nearby there are cafes, taverns, barbecues, bakeries, supermarkets and a pharmacy.

The Sea Martin

Fifteen steps (literally) to the water. The tranquil waters of the serene east side of Lefkada in the Ionian Sea. On the top of the stairway, a three bedroom, two bathroom summer house, lying in a 1050 sq. m. lot of land in Perigiali Village. The land in its natural cypress, myrtle and acacias flora, but still with parking space for two vehicles. All the ingredients of a relaxed (or not) vacation are here.
