Cozy Hideaway in the Historic Anafiotika Neighborhood

Arrive at sunset to share a bottle of wine on a secret terrace that has an old stone wall and a timeless view of ancient Lycabettus Hill. It's bright and airy inside this restored apartment, and the floors are tiled with cool marble throughout. This open plan residence expanding in two levels offers a comfortable and elegant stay. The marble along with oak wood and golden details create a simple and delightful atmosphere. The antique table with the one of a kind chairs next to the window create the perfect spot to admire the unforgetable view of the city and Lycabetous hill. The fully equipped kitchen with Smeg fridge and oven, electrical stoves and Nespresso coffee machine will make your stay feel at home. The Cocomat high quality bed and pillows will offer you tranquil and peaceful sleep. The skylight with the electric opening allows the warm gentle light of the Attican sky in the house. The all marble bathroom with two ways of shower will complete the feel of relaxation. Enjoy the poetic view of the city dominated by Lycabettus hill from the patio in front of the house as you comfortably sit at the dining marble table with pliant chairs. The small path at the right of the house will guide you to the back yard where you can relax at the deck chairs under the old Arbutus tree. Kind of the same but in reality so different view of the city and the Hill. All the spaces of the house indoors and outdoors expanding in two levels, are accessible to the guests. strefis 360 view

dear dear guests :)‼️‼️‼️ the house is fully renovated. new windows, bed+a futon matresss. pictures are to be uploaded soon :) Greece is known for being really hot in the summer. Please keep in mind that this apartment has this very beautiful view, as it is located on one of the highest points of the city :)This sometimes makes it very hot during the day. We do provide AC, + since it is restored it has high end windows but still if you are sensitive to heat please consider your choice again :)

The gorgeus studio is located on the first floor of a quiet and not busy street. 100 meters to the Archaeological Museum, 300 meters to the one of the largest public parks in Athens Mars Field and to the Strefi hill park on the mountain with a fantastic panorama of the Acropolis. A lot of cafes, taverns, shopping centers, as well as the sights of Athens - everything is within walking distance. Excellent transport routes to any part of the city. Central little studio with splendid view !

Hello! My place is a small, renovated studio with air-conditioning and a splendid view in a very quiet street with beautiful trees in the center of Athens. It’s close to every public transport (buses, metro, train), easy access to the city’s main attractions. Next to local bars, restaurants, grill-houses and traditional taverns and an open-air market every sunday. You can find a supermarket in 100m walk and a bakery with the most delicious bread of the area under our building.
