Contemporary Country Experience

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

The Dairy Southern Highlands has been immaculately renovated offering guests picturesque views from the comfort of a warm and cozy living room. Relax in comfort in this 2 bedroom cottage away from any distractions. This property is ideally located to explore the charming Southern Highlands towns of Exeter, Bundanoon and Moss Vale. On arrival guests will be welcomed with eggs fresh from the farm, fresh bread and everything needed for a nice cup of tea or coffee.

Roseanna Cottage

Roseanna Cottage is the perfect destination for your next getaway. This purposely built cottage has been tastefully decorated to offer a unique mix of modern comforts and farm yard charm. Surrounded by lush farm land the property has wonderful views of the nearby bush and from the back deck complete with BBQ you can listen to the sounds of neighbouring animals, including sheep, cows, alpacas. Why not take a picnic lunch into the bush and enjoy the surroundings.

The Little House - Pet friendly*/Mid-week special!

While 'house' might be a stretch for this cosy studio-style room, it does have separate facilities. There's a separate "kitchenette", shower and toilet. It has one king size bed and one sofabed. The sofabed is charged at an additional $20/night. The Little House has everything you need for a short stay in The Highlands! * The property welcomes gentle, well socialised pups. The Little House backyard is also shared by my super friendly dog, chickens, and ewe!

The Lazy Duck, Bundanoon

The Lazy Duck is just 300m walk from the center of town yet has a feeling of being on top of the world. Stunning views over the Morton National Park from one of the highest points in town. Looking into Kangaroo Valley. It is right next door to Osborn House, on its own private fenced block. The cottage is nestled in the trees with a huge picture window. You won’t forget your time in this romantic and memorable place.

Ellery Farm is an architecturally designed luxury retreat situated on a stunning 25 acre property in the Southern Highlands. It is located an easy 90 minute drive from Sydney and Canberra in the beautiful township of Exeter, just 10 minutes from Moss Vale and 20 minutes from Bowral, with an array of restaurants, cafes, wineries, shops and just about anything else you could possibly desire close by.
