Recently and lovingly restored Torbay Villa. This family home has a games/cinema room dining room and kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a sunny south-west facing garden including a 10m x 5m swimming pool(open May - Sept). It is a 15 min walk to Meadfoot beach and a 7 min walk to Anstey's cove. There is a small high street with a supermarket, a deli, a pub, a post office and some more shops and restaurants a 5 minute walk from the house and its a 20 minute walk to the town and harbour.

The Pool House

Set within the grounds of our old rectory, The Pool House provides a wonderful retreat for those looking to escape to the country whilst being a short drive from the seaside town of Sidmouth and nearby city of Exeter. The Pool House has been renovated to a high specification providing spacious contemporary accommodation with use of heated outdoor swimming pool (mid May to mid September) during the day, and exclusive use of the courtyard in the evening. We also provide fast WiFi.

Fantastic Sea views, parking, 2 mins from beach

Situated on Goodrington seafront with amazing sea views across to Brixham, Apartment 4 Goodrington Lodge is the perfect place for fun and relaxation. The apartment has a large private terrace and shared swimming pool (heated May-Sep) with a sandy beach just a few minutes walk away. Bars, restaurants (including the very popular Cantina Kitchen), boating lake and waterpark are on your doorstep. Someone will be nearby to help with any queries you may have during your stay.

The spectacular Seal house sits right on the water in Dittisham near Dartmouth. Offering architect designed accommodation for up to 7, our guests enjoy spacious open plan living, an Indoor pool and wooden hot tub with panoramic views of the River Dart. Large lawned gardens lead to the waters edge and a little rowing boat for guests use. Converted from a Victorian mill, it benefits from fantastic facilities including: • heated indoor and outdoor pools • private garden • tennis court • gym (for over 16’s) • games room • table-tennis table • fishing lake • walled garden, woods and meadows. It is an ideal base for exploring Devon. Beautiful beaches, Dartmoor, historic Plymouth and Dartmouth are all within easy reach.

Nestled in a quiet woodland between the two national parks of Exmoor and Dartmoor and close to the award winning beaches of North Devon. A lovely 2-bedroom lodge, which can sleep 6, finished to a high standard with a cosy relaxing vibe. You can settle in and enjoy the amazing views from the upstairs living room and balcony. The outdoor pool is available June-September (1m at its deepest) Please note there is a 2 car maximum at this property
