A former vineyard and estate, Le Marais is set in 87 acres (35ha) of its own land with nearby vineyards and plum and apple orchards. There is a local boulangerie as well as several nearby restaurants. The Dordogne river is 1km and Bordeaux is a little over an hour away

Welcome to your private ivy-covered house in the beautiful countryside of the Lot-et-Garonne. Enjoy the greenery on our land and your private patio and garden. The house has a fireplace, high-speed wifi and a washing machine for your laundry. On request, we offer a fully plant-based breakfast and private Prenatal Yoga or Hatha Yoga (max 2 people) 60min for 45€ (please request ahead of time) No smoking is allowed on the property. We can add a bed for 1 or 2 kids (contact us).

Idyllic Retreat Beautiful Gardens, Terraces & Pool

Historic walls surrounding a half acre of beautiful floodlit gardens. Two covered dining terraces for entertainment and dining. The Grand Terrace, 80m2 under the sail, and the lunch terrace under tiled roof, with wifi. The Roman ended 10 x 5 swimming pool has sun beds and further table and chair seating. The 3 bed, 3 bath house enjoys large exposed beams, double height ceilings, Smeg appliances, and thick walls to keep the space beautifully cool during the hot summer months.

Avec un petit extérieur pour profiter d'un repas en plein été ou de boire un verre. Une chambre avec un lit double a l'étage, canapé dépliable avec 2 vraie places (2x80) dans le salon. Cuisine équipée d'une plaque de cuisson 4 feux, four, micro-ondes, bouilloire, cafetière (a filtre), grille pain. Climatisation réversible, lave linge, sèche linge.

In the Dordogne countryside, a newly converted dovecote, “Les Treilles de Razac”, invites you to unwind in a region rich in heritage, gastronomy and outdoor activities. Bastides and châteaux, fine restaurants and the fine wines of Saussignac, Bergerac and Monbazillac await you. A cosy gîte for 2, 3 or 4 people on 2 floors, fully equipped, with shaded patios for dining or relaxing by the large shared swimming pool from June to September.
