The flat is accessed through its own entrance with private parking right outside the front door. The flat is 45 m2, has one double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, living room (with pull-out sofa sleeping 2), bathroom with shower, and access to laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Direct access to small rear garden. Heated by green energy.
