This lovely old renovated house from 1777 of 240 m² oozes charm and fine facilities for one or more families. South facing large landscaped garden with views of woods and stream from the terrace. Beach (900 m), 2 km from Nykøbing's supermarkets, restaurants , swimming pool, golf courses (4500 m), Sommerland Sj. (4km ) etc. Table tennis and table football . TV with 3 Danish and many German channels. Fibernet, WIFI. Bed linen etc can be supplied upon agreement.

In a calm, safe and child-friendly area. A 110m2 apartment with plenty of space, toys, amenities and high ceiling. 4 bedrooms - 1 with a double bed, 1 with a pull out bed, 1 with a junior bed and 1 room with a loft. Perfect for 2-4 adults and 2-4 kids (6 in total).

The house was designed by Danish architects Friis & Moltke and build in 1970. The house is ideal for a family of two adults and two children with two in the master bedroom and two in the bunkbed room. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. dishwashing machine.
