Our newly renovated Stanbul House is located in the heart of Istanbul's Old Town, in the charming, authentic, central and colourful Balat district. Our Stanbul House is a former Greek mansion, which we have renovated in a stylish and luxurious way. The house itself is about 300 m from the sea with a roof terrace and sea view. It is located in the heart of Balat, but still in a quiet side street. Numerous cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and boutiques are only a stone's throw away.

Our top floor apartment features the most spectacular views over the Historical Peninsula, Bosporus Strait, Princes' Islands & more. The location is ideal for easy strolls to cool cafe's, restaurants and shops and the apartment is very stylish and full of taste and design. It has an open loft area above the kitchen with second double bed & vaulted ceilings throughout. This apartment also features a huge terrace having nearly 360 degree city & sea views. You won't find such a cool apartment!

The apartment is a famous old greek building which has many architectural elements from the era of built. It was built in year 1909 with Art Nouveau style ( the most important and famous style of that era ).It is placed right next to the one of the most famous landmark: Kamondo Stairs.It is an Art Nouveau styled stairway built around 1850’s.The famous Galata Tower and its lovely square with restaurants and cafes are just 5 minutes on foot.

Our newly renovated 140+ years old apartment is located 200 meters away from the Galata Tower. There are two bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Each room has airconditioner. The flat is on the 3rd floor and can accommodate up to 5 people. The building and the flat itself maintain it's magical 19th century spirit. We wanted to offer our guests a historical atmosphere in a modern design in top location.
