We have called our place " Safe Haven" because we believe it is just that! A quiet place to relax, read, watch movies and look at our spectacular lake view with various wildlife such as Herron, jumping fish, turtles, Canada Geese and more. We also have a paved walking path across the street that leads you to a local Coffee Shop called Circa Antiques Marketplace. Please note that no smoking, vaping or burning of candles is allowed on the premises; inside or out. No children under 10 please.

It is a self-contained unit attached to our house, with your own bathroom and shower. The cul-de-sac and a large yard accent the restful experience.

Family (baby/toddler/kid) Friendly. Explore nearby cart paths, walking trails and shopping that are all accessible 5 minutes or less by car/golf cart. Fayetteville is a great location for a break from the city life, but only 35 minutes from downtown Atlanta and 15 minutes from Atlanta Airport.

One for enjoying the morning quiet and the second has a gas grill and patio set,perfect for sunset meals.Our home was remodeled in 2020. Inside has beautiful,modern decor.There's a large,open kitchen,dining and sitting area for gathering.All new appliances and amenities for enjoying great meals together.Bathrooms are also all new.
