Tennis courts are across the road (racquets provided), it’s a dream spot for wine lovers, with over 20 wineries within walking or cycling distance.

Cosy bach on beach, Raumati South, Kapiti Coast

Beachfront - only a single lane servicing one other property separates bach from the beach. Breath-taking views of the breaking waves, and from the Kaikouras to Kapiti Island. Wellington is 48kms away (an approximately 50 minute drive). Two fantastic cafes/licensed restaurants, plus a takeaway shop and dairy/convenience store 300m away. A great bach for a romantic escape, a family holiday, or to spend time with friends. Go to sleep snuggled in luxury linen to the murmur of the waves.

Come and enjoy a relaxing stay at our beautiful new home situated at Pinot Grove Estate. Just 900m from the town center with wineries and fabulous restaurants, cafes and a cinema a short stroll away. Full access to a communal 20m heated pool, with separate toddlers pool (open from Labour Day till Easter) or a game of tennis at the all-weather tennis court. Keep the kids entertained with an enclosed trampoline. The large 70sqm deck provides fabulous indoor-outdoor flow.

Country Bliss : charming historic cottage

Country Bliss Cottage is an original historic Greytown cottage its origins dating back to the 1880's . The cottage still retains its original character and charm but with modern day comforts. The garden is private and sunny with an abundance of bird life, mature fruit trees and cottage garden flowers. The decor is a mixture of vintage and new with quality furnishings throughout . A roaring log-fire with all firewood supplied makes for a cosy winter retreat.

Free wifi, cleaning and breakfast. My place is close to a beautiful, sandy and family beach. The house has a large three level deck with plenty of room for families and friends. It is a short walk to great local cafes/restaurants, a bakery and two well stocked dairies. Continental breakfast provisions provided for all guests. Linen, towels and beach towels provided free of charge. Our cleaner sorts the house after the stay and changes all the beds.

A BLUE TRIANGLE at Raumati Beach

Our sunny, comfortable, two-storey house is ideal for a couple or a couple with small children. The master bedroom/ living area upstairs is spacious with beautiful views of Kapiti Island. The stairs are a little awkward for the elderly and the very young although we now have carpet tiles on the stairs. There is no handrail. There is no bathroom upstairs. Sitting/ kitchen area downstairs and the bathroom and second bedroom are also downstairs.

Tariff is for 4 people. Sleep up to 5 people. Luxury 2 bedroom, stand alone apartment. 2 x queen bedrooms or 1 x queen and 2 singles, full kitchen, lounge, dining room, underfloor heating, gas fires, most with air conditioning, large french doors opening onto large sunny decking. Double spa bath in some, walk in shower in others, Roll away bed available available. Free parking and free WiFi.

Refurbished and fully insulated 1950's 2 Bedroom 100sqm Cottage perfectly located in central Greytown Quality Bed Linen/Towels provided. Cleaning Fee included. HeatPump that heats cottage in minutes. Air Con for the hot summer months. Two bikes (and helmets) available for use. 6 Free Range eggs from owners pet Hens on arrival. Note: Hens not kept at property :) Table Tennis Table in garage.

Raumati studio unit

Less than 500 metres to the beach and Raumati village, the studio unit fits 2 people comfortably but can sleep up to 3. A five minute stroll to several cafes and eatery's. Fully self contained with small bathroom and kitchenette. Approximately 40 minutes to Wellington city. You will be welcomed by our friendly and enthusiastic puppy who lives in the contained back yard of our place.
