The apartment is located in the beautiful Prati Delle Vittorie district, close to the center and the Stadium Wifi - Air conditioning -2 SMART TVs with Netflix, Prime video near the Vatican, Stadio Olimpico, shopping areas, Court. The Metro is just a few minutes by bus or on foot (Lepanto) Trastevere is connected with a direct bus, the Colosseum by metro. The residence I'm offering is new, very bright, tastefully decorated and well furnished. It's located near San Giovanni in Laterano and is perfectly connected with downtown Rome, Colosseo, airports and train stations. The metro "A" stop of Piazza Re di Roma is a 5 minutes walk and right in front of the apartment there is a bus stop 85, they both take downtown. In the surrounding areas there are markets, restaurants, bar, gelato shops and many other shopping stores.

Very Special Place in the heart of Rome

Our stay in the apartment was amazing. The location is great - literally in the middle of the city center, a walkable distance to main historical places, 20 min to Vatican, 25 min to Forum/Colosseum. Note that the city center is quite large, so be prepared to walk a lot anyway...(see review...) The area is central and very lively at night especially on weekends and that it can be noisy until late at night as it is very busy and served by many bars and restaurants.

Appia ON

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Metro stop Ponte Lungo and Train Station Roma Tuscolana to and from Fiumicino. You can reach all tourist destinations in about 15 minutes by metro and Fiumicino Airport in 40 minutes by direct train. Wi-Fi, air-conditioner and all facilities for you holiday in Rome! I am always available for any help or info about Rome and the apartment.
