The 3.5 room holiday apartment is located in the Sundroina property in the Sundrella house. The apartment is quiet and centrally located. In a few minutes you are in the center of Lenzerheide with numerous restaurants, shops and have access to the sports bus. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The living room is very spacious, it offers a seating and dining area as well as a reading corner and invites you to linger.

The 1 bedroom apartment with a sofabed in the lounge is suitable for 2 adults & 2 young children or 3 adults. There are spectacular views of the Alps (Churfirsten) from all windows. Besides this idyllic location, the apartment offers many features: It can accommodate up to 7 people. Because besides the 5standard beds in the two bedrooms (two double beds + one bunk bed), the living room couch is very practical and offers quality sleeping space for two people. The deep and very spacious terrace is oriented in two cardinal directions and guarantees sun in the morning and in the afternoon, as the peaks of the Rätikon allow it.
