Ivydene Studio

This unique place has a style all its own. A self contained studio with a kingsize bed, kitchen and dining area and separate shower and toilet. Located in Weedon and close to Silverstone, Northampton and the many beautiful surrounding villages. With good transport links the studio has lots of places to explore, The Grand Union canal is metres away from the property. “Studio” is located in the popular Village of Weedon and owned by the Ward family. Bay Tree Cottage is a delightful, cosy & private retreat, centrally located with easy access by road or train (M1, M6, A14). You have the entire cottage to yourself with private off road parking for 3 cars & private front & rear gardens. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area & Utility room. Living room with 60" TV, Sky, DVD & log burner. Bathroom with shower & entrance Hall 1st floor: Main bedroom - King size bed & 38"TV, Second bedroom with Double Bed & Wardrobe, Bathroom with Roll top bath.

The Blue Barn

A delightful 17th Century barn, sitting in the heart of the village of Kislingbury. It is in a secluded position, located at the end of a private gravel drive, which provides off road parking. The barn has recently been converted to an exceptionally high standard. The Sun Pub and Cromwell Cottage are within walking distance. Kislingbury is near to the M1 and Silverstone Circuit. It is an ideal base to visit the Cotswolds, Oxford, Cambridge, and only 50 minutes to central London by fast train.

Chestnut Eco Lodge Woodland Wilderness Escape

Immerse yourself in nature in our off-grid eco lodge. Nestled in a wooded spinney at the heart of our working farm, our lodge is hand built from sweet chestnut making it one of a kind. With an en-suite compost toilet and heated shower, log burner and gas stove there is no need to venture into the wilds in wintry weather. When it’s sunny, an outdoor kitchen with wood fired oven, and fire pit bbq enhance outdoor living. Tiny shepherds hut, bluebell, is included as a cosy nook/ extra sofa bed.

The Studio

The Studio is a light, bright and airy space, stylishly decorated in calm, neutral colours. Located on a quiet residential road, just around the corner from the local pub (The Maltsters) in the pretty village of Badby, famous for its stunning bluebell woods and beautiful walks. The Studio is ideally located near several wedding venues. Nearby Fawsley Hall is a great place to visit for afternoon tea or to relax in their award winning spa. Silverstone Circuit is less than half an hour away.

Popular with guests attending the numerous wedding venues in the area, sporting events, the perfect place from which to work, enjoy the Northamptonshire Countryside on the doorstep or simply staying close-by for family get-togethers. Ours guests love the convenience and privacy of being able to use the entire property and feeling 'at home', just as soon as they have arrived and familiarised themselves with all that this cottage provides. Easy access to the A5, Motorways and rail links.

This is a well-maintained annexe which is detached from the main house. It has independent access and has a double bed. It has an ensuite and is equipped with a smart TV, microwave, mini fridge, kettle, iron & hair dryer. Less than 5 mins to the M1 and Sixfields which is home to Northampton FC, Rugby stadium, Formula 1 park and ride, cinema, restaurants, gym and supermarkets. About 10 mins drive to Northampton Town centre. Ideal for anyone looking for a short stay in Northampton.
