Very Close to International TEFL Academy Costa Rica in Barva UNA's students (3.5km to U.) Nice place full of nature Very nice and safe place The location is lovely, a 15 minute walk into the town of Barva yet since the apartment is on the coffee farm it gives a rural escape. on the outskirts of small/ medium size town but it's only a 3-5 minute bus ride away. Plenty to see out there. the house is spotless, close enough to Barva centre yet in a quiet rural area surrounded by coffee fields.

Es un Loft con un mesanini de habitación, construida en el 2017 bajo el codigo de la construcción por lo que es una estructura muy solida y antisismica. Tiene una decoración vintage. Es muy privado en un vecindario muy tranquilo pero cómodo pues hay toda clase de comercio en sus alrededores incluyendo restaurantes, bancos, panadería, tiendas de abarrotes, farmacia, tienda de ropa entre otras. Este lugar es apto para todas las personas independientemente de donde vengan, sin discriminación.

Casa Alicia, muy cerca de todo.

Casa muy cómoda y funcional, sumamente cerca del aeropuerto internacional y acceso directo a la principal autopista del país, lo que facilita la conexión a todas las regiones de interés turístico. Tienes acceso a tiendas, restaurantes de todo tipo, mini mercados, bancos y servicio de autobuses a San José con un recorrido muy corto. Excelente opción para estar muy cerca de todo sin estar en lugares muy congestionados de tráfico y de personas.

Welcome to your own private oasis in Costa Rica! This beautiful home is in a guarded community that backs to an 18-hole golf course and includes a pool and a lovely private guest cottage, "La Casita". This home is also located in the Mesa Central area of Costa Rica, which is known for its fantastic weather; no humidity, very sunny (during the summer), the perfect temperature during the day, and a little chilly at night - no AC needed at all!
