Nido di Modica con vista

Il Nido di Modica è un'antica casetta molto particolare con una vista spettacolare sul centro storico, completamente ristrutturata seguendo scrupolosamente lo stile dell'epoca. Dalla muratura all'arredamento è un immersione totale nella Modica di fine '800 e inizi del '900, per di più incastonata e integrata perfettamente all'interno del quartiere Cartellone, un luogo senza tempo arroccato sulla collina di fronte a San Giorgio con un groviglio di viuzze pedonali che rimandano al medioevo.

La splendida cornice di questo luogo romantico immerso nella natura ti lascerà a bocca aperta. Minicasa su due livelli. Il piano superiore ha un'altezza max di 1,73 m ed una minima di 1,20 m. Si accede da una scaletta ripida pertanto è sconsigliata a che ha problemi di mobilità. La piscina di cui in foto non è di esclusiva pertinenza al monolocale, ma in condivisione con un altro monolocale della struttura e inoltre sarà usufruibile dal 15 Maggio al 15 Ottobre.

La struttura si affaccia sul cortile e dista 150 m dal Mare. Accesso diretto alla pista ciclo-pedonale. Parcheggio gratuito non prenotabile davanti casa. Nessuna ZTL potrete raggiungere la casa fino al portone d ingresso.
