Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο καταπράσινο, ηλιόλουστο κ ήσυχο κτήμα μας. Η απεριόριστη θέαση του στον Μεσσηνιακό κόλπο, με τα αξέχαστα ηλιοβασιλέματα θα σας προσφέρει τις απόλυτες διακοπές. Η κάθε λεπτομέρεια των εσωτερικών χώρων, επιμελημένη με αισθητική, λιτή πολυτέλεια θα σας ενθουσιάσει. Μόλις 3´ οδηγώντας από την θάλασσα. To Pithari Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem Meerblick

Das Haus liegt ca.1.5 km ausserhalb von Stoupa, am Berghang, mit grossen Terrassen und fantastischer Aussicht.Da die einspurige Zufahrtsstrasse teilweise recht steil hinaufführt, ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Die Liegenschaft besteht aus dem Haupthaus (4 Pers.) und einem freistehendem Gästehaus für 2 Pers., (30 Euro zusätzlich) Das Haupthaus hat ein Schlafzimmer, ein Bad, Wohnraum mit Küche und offener, niedriger Galerie mit Bettsofa für 2 Pers.(nur für grössere Kinder oder Teenager geeignet)

Eclectic and secluded stone family semi-detached house by the sea. Ideally located villa both close to Kardamyli (200m) and also private. The house is located within an large garden overlooking the sea. A small local beach nearby makes this a perfect place to enjoy all west Mani has to offer.
