Perfect for up to four persons, it features a comfortable double bed, double sofa bed, well-equipped kitchen and private bathroom. Close to public transport, shops & restaurants, it's just 12 min bus or car ride to Emporia shopping center and Hyllie station with easy access to Denmark and airport. Independent, nicely furnished 1st floor apartment in villa close to the Dyrehaven, the sea and theTechnical University ca 20 Km north of Copenhagen center. The apartment is fully equipped. It contains bedroom, an office with an extra bed and a sitting room with open connection to the kitchen. From the sitting room you have access to a small balcony facing south. The area is quiet with easy access by bike or car to Jægersborg Hegn, the sea and DTU. Owner lives in the ground floor apartment.

Välkommen till vårt gästhus på Söderslätt. Totalrenoverat 2020, men är ursprungligen från 1853. Njut av egen terrass och inhägnat trädgård med solnedgång i väster. Är du tidlig uppe på morgonen kan det hända att du får se fasaner, harar och rådjur. Det är 3 km till Äspö brygga och stranden for härliga bad och promenader längs havet.
