This spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch style home with basement is the perfect Colorado getaway for you! It is equipped with many necessities like Wi-Fi, central air, washer-dryer, BBQ grill, color stamped concrete patio with outdoor furniture, fire pits, 65-inch TV with PS4, and much more. This retreat is located in Fountain, CO which is minutes away from Colorado Springs and other local attractions. Each room is fully furnished. We also have a futon and stored pull out beds if needed.

Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby and just 3 minutes from I-25, the gateway to the Rockies. Hike Cheyenne Canyon, Helen Hunt Falls, or Garden of the Gods. This is a very small, but newly renovated tiny house! 12' x 16' one room, queen bed, nice size shower and toilet with barn door for privacy in bathroom. Sit-up bar with two stools, smart TV with electric fireplace in the corner gives it a touch of romance! Loveseat with ottoman. Small loft that kids could sleep in for short stays. Small coffee pot, under counter fridge, and nice size mirror over farm sink.
