Spend your afternoons down by the dock or floating on the water and evenings by the fire pit! The house has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, 2 living areas, bar and pool table room. Covered porches are located on the front & back of the house to enjoy rain or shine. Note: There is a paved walkway with a steep slope to the lake .

Unwind at a peaceful cottage in a deep water cove on Lake Hartwell. Two queen bedrooms and a full sleeper sofa can accommodate up to 6 adults. There is also a twin swing bed in the screened porch perfect for afternoon napping! Enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sun come up with one of the prettiest views on the lake. The basement has a private bedroom, full bathroom & living area with a TV. French doors lead out to the back deck where the hot tub is located. The top floor has 3 bedrooms & bathroom. Outside you can enjoy the view of the lake from a large screened in porch. There is a covered slip boat dock, jet ski landing pad & an outdoor fire pit.
